Black Rose began over a decade ago following a visit to the Grand Canyon. Kerren and Ken decided to take a tour featuring a very smart luxury mini-coach with a couch style limousine interior.

Ken, being an intrepid kind of Kiwi guy with that characteristic ‘No.8 wire’ can-do attitude, immediately thought “I could do this luxury charter bus thing back home in New Zealand!”

From this seed of an idea Black Rose has grown to today’s company focussed on showing discerning travellers, and locals alike, around our beautiful Hawke’s Bay region and beyond.

With the kind of bone-deep knowledge and network of contacts that only life-long Hawke’s Bay people have, we offer a range of fabulous experiences designed to deliver an authentic feel for the region and on to New Zealand as a whole.
